We've been advised that the repeat of the MGM Musicals Prom has been moved back a week to Friday 30 October at 7.30pm - NOT Friday 23 October as previously advised. The repeat will be broadcast on BBC Four, as originally planned.

One of the biggest hits of the Proms 2009 season was the concert devoted to songs from the MGM Musicals (broadcast on BBC TV and radio on Saturday 1 August), performed by the brilliant John Wilson and his Orchestra.

Well, we thought you might be interested t...o know that owing to overwhelming demand the TV broadcast of the MGM Musicals Prom will be repeated on Friday 23 October at 7.30pm, on BBC Four.
If you'd like to hear the programme again on BBC Radio 3, you may be interested to know that it's scheduled to be broadcast as part of the Proms Christmas repeats season, which usually starts in mid-December. Check the radio schedules from early December onwards for further details.
