Hey Tony. I booked 2 months in advance for a ticket from KL to KK, and paid RM390.00 total.

I thought booking in advance would save me cash.
I just checked the website, and found out that the ticket price has been dropped due to promo rates to an overall of around RM280.00

I spent 110 extra ringgit in the hopes that I would save money because I was early.
Not cool.

I wasn't given a phonecall to inform me of the offer, nor an email, nor any refunds of any sort. I wasn't informed that there would be a promo when I was booking online. I even went to your office in KL sentral to see if I could confirm the booking because at one point it failed; your staff acknowledged my flight, but failed to highlight the upcoming promo.

Not happy buddy.

Tony Fernandes The first ASEAN professional league. Come supory KL dragons tonight at maba stadium near stadium negara 8 pm against brunei. Pre-match at 7pm. Time we have our own heros.

Tony Fernandes the power of airasia . Come back from bangkok. Spend a few hours in kl. Then to jkt. Launch basketball. Then back home. All in a day.

Tony Fernandes Gane finished. Philipines won. Good game. Asean professional sports has started.
