In service training, cabin crew undergo cabin familiarization whereby they are placed within mock versions of the various planes in the MAS fleet. This is basically to get them accustomed to the equipment onboard to ensure that service is fast and efficient.

During the 65-day training, cabin crew are required to learn basic first aid procedures in case of inflight emergencies. Practice sessions are carried out using dummy patients in the presence of an experienced physician.

The bloggers were given a crash course training on deportment - how one carries him/herself in terms of posture, demeanor etc.

This included how to walk on the catwalk and sitting postures.

The world-famous centre in Sandakan is renowed as a sanctuary for orang utans that had previously been domesticated. The centre basically prepares them for re-entry back into the wild so that they are able to survive in their natural habitat.

Before going into the kitchen, everyone must wear the special robe, hairnet and thoroughly wash hands to maintain high standard of hygiene. It was so fun!
